Summer Solstice 108

Service Description

Join us on Friday, June 16 as we celebrate the longest day with 108 Sun Salutations. The class will be broken up into 9 sets of 12, with breaks given between each set. As always, you do not have to do all 108 to be a part of this magical event. Setting in quiet meditation is the perfect way to celebrate the solstice.
