Service Description

The shortest day of the year marks a rebirth of the Sun; a return to light. Join us in celebrating the Winter Solstice with 108 Sun Salutations. This will be a candlelight class done in 9 sets of 12. Even if you do not intend to participate in the physical practice, you are welcome to come and join the meditation practice. We are all one. Always. *This is a FREE event.
