Join RYT 500 instructors Jill Hanson and Amy Nissen for a four-week Beginner Yoga Series designed to help you build a strong, confident foundation in your practice. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning after time away, this series offers a safe, supportive space to explore movement, breath, and mindfulness at your own pace.

Each week, you’ll learn fundamental yoga poses, proper alignment, and simple breath techniques to help you feel more grounded both on and off the mat. You’ll also gain a deeper understanding of yoga philosophy, class etiquette, and how to modify poses to suit your unique body — empowering you to step into any class with confidence.
