Expect a balanced flow that combines breath, strength, and stretch. Followed by 15 minutes of guided meditation to help you center, reflect, and step into the rest of your week with clarity and calm. Vinyasa Flow - Tuesdays at 9:30am

Sunrise Yoga - Tues, Wed, Thurs at 6am

The morning is considered a “divine time” and when an individual’s spiritual energy is at its peak.
This quick 45-minute yoga flow provides you with clarity, nourishment, peace of mind, and energy. Start your day with a positive attitude and an open heart.
Yoga Lunch - Tues and Friday at 12pm

Chair Yoga - Fridays at 10:30am

Chair Yoga brings the best of a yoga practice to those who require or prefer the support of a chair. Students will explore versions of twists, hip stretches, forward bends and mild back bends. The class helps participants stay healthy, vibrant and confident by focusing on developing small and large muscle groups, stretching, balancing [beside or behind the chair] and strength building.
