Our breath holds a lot of power over our well being. In Vinyasa Flow we will practice linking breath with movement while creating heat in the body and heart. In Vinyasa Flow you will build balanced and functional strength. The constant motion will help quiet the mind and allow you to focus inward. In this way, Vinyasa helps you connect the body and mind, calms the nervous system and can help relieve stress and anxiety.
