Yoga Sculpt Workshop

Yoga Sculpt is a unique combination of power yoga and strength training designed to create a full-body workout. Combining traditional yoga poses and principles with strength training and hand weights, this high-intensity workout will leave you feeling stronger, refreshed and uplifted. Upon completion of this course you will know the basics of performing, sequencing, and teaching a yoga sculpt class.

Upon completion of course attendees will earn 10 continuing education credits.

Prices are calculated according to hours. The rate is $10 per continuing ed hour. Meaning that if a workshop is worth 10 continuing ed credits the cost would be $100.
