“There is no end to education. It is not that you read a book, pass an examination, and finish with education. The whole of life, from the moment you are born to the moment you die, is a process of learning.

What You WILL NOT Get -

-Big box store style teacher training.  Many training's give a lot of info and teach a variety of styles of yoga.  A "one size fits all" experience.  This is completely fine for some students but it's not what you will get at HPYS.

-A teacher training that will break the bank.  It's true, YTT's are expensive.  It's a huge commitment for the teacher and the student.

-Many instructors with varying ideas.  Our YTT has one lead trainer for personalized attention.

-Oversized classes.  YTT will be kept small allowing everyone space to grow.

What You WILL Get

-A training specializing in one style of yoga.  While your 00hr YTT will cover a variety of topics from yoga history to meditation; our asana practice will focus solely one style of yoga; one that empowers, strengthens, and builds confidence..  You will learn how to thoughtfully lead, sequence in an advanced style, and become a overall more knowledgeable yoga instructor.

-Training led by Jenn Newton.  A teacher with over 3500 hours of teaching experience.  She has a 200hr certification in Power Vinyasa Yoga, a 300hr certification in Vinyasa Yoga, certifications in Yin, Restorative, Baptiste Yoga, Yoga for Anxiety and Depression, and a certification in Mastery of the Fascia.  She currently holds an E-RYT500 and YACEP with Yoga Alliance.

-An affordable training with lots of payment options.  Affordability does not mean a cheap training.  The YTT we are offering will transform your life and your practice!

-A training recognized by Yoga Alliance, the worlds largest yoga community.

-Upon completion, certification as a 300hr Yoga Instructor.

Why Take a 300hr YTT?

I know, it sounds scary.  Huge commitment.  I get it.

I spent several years teaching after my 200hr YTT.  I got lots of extra certifications.  I knew things.

I didn't know everything.

What my 300hr training gave me was a better understanding of the technicalities of yoga.  I gained a deeper understanding of anatomy, sequencing, using my voice, how to be a more effective yoga instructor.  All my years of teaching, all of those other trainings, it all finally came together and made sense.  I felt truly  comfortable in my skin.  I felt strong.  Not only in body but for the first time in mind.

300hr training was a chance for me to explore how my practice felt in my body.  It was freedom.  A chance for me to find my true, authentic self while strengthening my body and gaining confidence.  I was brave enough to do hard things.  Make life decisions.  Take really big steps.  Leaps of faith.  I stopped trying to fit in someones box and learned that my practice and my thoughts were mine.  I'm is perfectly imperfect and I'm okay with that.

That's what I want for you.  I want you to heal.  To grow.  To step into your true nature.
