Reiki Healing at HPYS
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a holistic healing practice that focuses on the flow of energy within the body to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support physical and emotional healing. Originating in Japan, the word "Reiki" comes from "rei" meaning universal, and "ki" meaning life energy. Reiki practitioners use their hands to channel healing energy to the recipient, helping to balance the body's energy and encourage self-healing.
During a Reiki session, the recipient remains fully clothed while the practitioner gently places their hands on or above specific areas of the body. This non-invasive practice is believed to restore harmony, increase vitality, and help release blockages, creating a deep sense of peace and well-being.
Reiki is often used to complement other forms of therapy and can be beneficial for individuals dealing with stress, anxiety, pain, or emotional challenges. Whether you're seeking physical relief or emotional balance, Reiki provides a gentle, nurturing approach to healing.
Jenn Newton, a Level 2 Reiki Practitioner, is currently offering weekly sessions. Sessions are either thirty minutes ($40) or one hour ($60) in length (at time of booking you will be asked to verify your choice). To schedule an appointment click the "book now" button.
