Located in the historic McLarty Drug building at 128 Church Ave. High Point Yoga School is a place where all are welcome, without fear of judgement or expectations. A place where we come together to heal and find strength. Classes are offered day and night.

The More You Know
We ask that you please sign up for class in advance. For Sunrise classes sign up by 10pm the evening before. If you are unable to sign up in advance, please reach out to us via email/text. If a class has no participants 1 HOUR prior to start of class, that class will be cancelled. We very much appreciate your help and understanding.

So many amazing things going on at HPYS.

Kick off 2024 with yoga. Whether you are new to the practice or looking to deepen your practice, we have something for everyone.

We are proud to present our newest endeavor, The Pharmacy on Church. The Pharmacy is a space where healers, artist, and community gather to provide what the world needs most - love, caring, and a place to become whole.
​
One major thing happening at The Pharmacy - RECOVERY DHARMA. Recovery Dharma is a peer led movement and community (Sangha) that is unified by out trust in the potential of each us to recover and find freedom from the suffering of addiction (any addiction - we are inclusive, accepting all who suffer). The Recovery Dharma community believes that the traditional Buddhist teachings, referred to as the Dharma, offer a powerful approach to healing from addiction and living a life of true freedom. Join us on Sundays at 4pm (beginning 1/14). ALL ARE WELCOME!
